About our waitlist:
For smaller intimate events, we will automatically default members to a waitlist. This process allows us to prioritize members who have not yet attended a small event and ensure that everyone has a fair chance to participate in dinners and workshops. You will receive a confirmation email if you are accepted off the waitlist.
Waitlist confirmation and attendance:
We strive to send your event confirmations at least one week before the event. However, if an attendee gives up their seat, we will email you as quickly as possible to offer you a spot.
Due to the high demand and limited seats, Chief maintains a strict cancellation policy. If you can no longer attend an event, we ask that you refer back to your confirmation email and click “Cancel my Reservation” as soon as possible so we can invite a member off of the waitlist. If you drop out with less than 24 hours notice before your event, it may impact your acceptance into our next event.
